Clarifications on Cherry Ordering

Hi everyone,

I wanted to clarify a couple of points regarding ordering your Michigan tart cherries online. It seems to be working for most people because we’ve had a ton of orders come in today. However, I’ve also gotten a couple of emails and we’ve had several calls about issues with the system.

The first thing. If you haven’t used our online ordering system this spring/summer yet, when you select Local Pickup, you will be asked to choose a date for pickup when you check out. The formatting for this is a little weird on some screens. If you can’t see a box for a date and time, you probably need to scroll/swipe to the right. I don’t know why it is doing this for some people.

Second, the date you select at checkout for the cherries isn’t really relevant. We’re taking orders further in advance than the system will let us. You can pick any date that is available, but your pickup date is what is listed with your cherries. It is either July 18th or July 25th. Not any earlier.

Finally, if you want us to, we will deliver them to our local delivery areas (44230, 44645, 44270, 44281, 44203, 44216 and 44319) if you select the delivery option and pay the $5 delivery fee. The delivery date will be the Tuesday following the date you selected for your cherries.

    Hello Chris, have tried several times to place an order for cherries and it never confirms the order but does not recognized that a pickup date is selected and keeps asking for a date selection needed.
    Please help, I just want to order 1 10# Cherry for the 18th pickup.

      Hi Carrie. Sorry for the trouble! Just call us (330-925-4152) during our business hours and one of the cashiers will be able to take your order that way.
