Notes: Recommended for fans of Jonathan and Northern Spy, apples that Autumn Crisp shares some taste similarities to. Since it’s highly resistant to browning, Autumn Crisp goes great on salads. It’s also purported to have a higher concentration of Vitamin C than most apples.
