Trivia: Introduced by the University of Minnesota in 2006, SnowSweet is a cross between Sharon and Connell Red.
Notes: SnowSweet features a mild, pleasing sweetness that makes it a great apple when you don’t want something overpowering. The apples are red on their sun side, green on their shaded side, and have flesh that’s off-white moving towards yellow.
