Trivia: Hails from the Czech Republic. A cross between two apples little known here in the States: Prima and Rubin.
Notes: Rubinola comes flushed a faded red. It’s definitely one for those who like to bite into a crunchy apple. Highly recommend for salads, as it resists browning when sliced.
