Westfield Seek-No-Further

Westfield

Flavor: Sweet and sour, with hints of pear, lemon citrus, and vanilla

Approximate Ripening: Mid October

Uses: Eating

Trivia: First recorded in 1796 around Westfield, MA

Notes: Why is it called Seek-No-Further?  Because one bite of this sprightly, aromatic apple and your search for the ultimate apple just might be at an end.  Westfield isn’t just a delicious apple, either.  Rusty red and yellow-gray with russet dots and carmine stripes, it’s a little rainbow in your hands.
