Hello Everyone!
I am setting a goal for myself to send out a newsletter every week this year! Yes, I know…setting high standards for 2021. We will see how this goes come June! But for now, I would love to keep in touch and let you know what is going on at our farm.
The virtual conferences I have been attending are providing me with so many great ideas I want to try this year. From how to improve my social media posts to how to connect more with customers through our website. In fact, both Chris and I have a lot we want to implement this upcoming year.
First off, I started a blog! I am going to try and post about things I cook at home from products we sell at our store and produce we grow during harvest time. Find out more information below. I also hope to share some behind the scene content sharing what it’s like to be a family that runs a farm.
We shall see how this all comes together.
Thank you for clicking on this newsletter! It means a lot because we know you get hundreds of emails a day and it’s pretty cool that you chose to read ours!
Have a great day!
Amanda, Chris & Abbie
Meaningful Play
The elementary educator in me was immediately drawn to this book! I believe children learn through play. I also believe children should learn about agriculture and food sources. This activity book combines both and it’s brilliant! Children learn how farm-to-table works by setting up their own farm and then market to sell their produce. We have it at our market now! It’s a great price for hours of meaningful imaginary play. Pick up a copy today for a child in your life. (Ages 4-8)

Still so many apples…
2020 was pretty stressful. And just because it’s a new year does not mean things will go back to normal right away. But, eating healthy foods has always helped me with stress. We still have so many varieties of apples in our store!

“The odd thing about people who had many books was how they always wanted more.”
-Patricia A. McKillip
We love books at our house. It’s one of the reasons we have a healthy collection of children’s books at our store. Recently, I cleaned out a broken shopping basket and it makes the perfect book holder. Come fill your book baskets with wonderful books! They are always 10% off at our store!
