It’s crazy to think about how fast this season went by! It seems like we were just picking strawberries a few days ago. Instead, we’re almost done picking apples for the year. I think about the only varieties we don’t have in the store yet are Golden Russet and GoldRush. Anyway, tonight I have a few bits of information I need to pass along.
Starting November 1st (Tuesday), we’re switching over to our “winter” hours at the market. We’ll be open Tuesdays – Saturdays from 10am – 5pm and Sundays from 11am – 5pm (still closed on Mondays). On a side note, the hours at Bent Ladder are still going to remain Noon – 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays, and we’re actually thinking about starting to be open on Thursdays there, too. I’ll send out a newsletter to the Bent Ladder list if we make that change. In case you’re not already, you can sign up for the Bent Ladder newsletter here.
I apologize for that being inconvenient, but on that note, I’m working on getting the Thanksgiving pie ordering set up on our website. I’ll hopefully have it all ready by the end of this coming week. I’ll send out an email when it’s up and running. So the plan is for you to be able to conveniently place your order and pay for it all online, if you’d like to do it that way. After that, I’ll be working on getting the apple gift boxes we ship set up online, too.
Well, that’s all the news I have for tonight. Time to eat some dinner and watch some baseball. GO TRIBE!!!
